What is Campaign Deployment?
Campaign Deployment is a standalone service that takes your approved email campaign — the content, creative, audience list and strategy — and configures it for deployment in your email platform. It covers audience segmentation, suppression list management, pre-deployment QA, send scheduling and the actual deployment, followed by post-send delivery monitoring.
This service is designed for marketing teams, agencies and businesses that have already produced their campaign assets but need expert support to configure, QA and deploy them correctly. If you have the creative ready but lack the technical deployment resources, or you want a second set of eyes before a high-volume send, this service ensures your campaign goes out correctly the first time.
AppLabx handles the technical side of deployment so your team can focus on strategy and content. You receive a deployment checklist, QA report and post-send delivery summary — giving you full visibility into how your campaign performed from a delivery standpoint.
What the client receives: A configured and QA-tested campaign deployed through your ESP, including audience segmentation setup, suppression checks, rendering and link verification, send-time scheduling, deployment execution, a 24–48 hour post-send delivery monitoring window and a basic delivery report.
Who it's for
Campaign Deployment is built for teams that have the campaign content ready but need expert deployment support.
Teams with ready-made campaigns
You have the email content, design and audience list — but need a specialist to configure, QA and deploy the campaign through your ESP without errors.
Companies switching platforms
You are migrating from one email service provider to another and need a deployment specialist to ensure the first campaigns on the new platform are configured correctly.
Teams without technical deployment resources
Your marketing team handles strategy and content, but you do not have in-house technical deployment expertise. You need someone who understands segmentation, suppression and QA.
High-volume senders requiring QA
You are sending to a large audience and need a rigorous pre-deployment QA process to catch broken links, rendering issues, tracking errors and personalisation problems before the campaign goes live.
What's included
Every deployment covers the full workflow from audience configuration through to post-send monitoring.
Audience setup + QA + deployment + monitoring
- Audience configuration and segmentation setup — List segmentation, dynamic segments, tagging and audience assignment within your ESP
- Suppression and exclusion list checks — Unsubscribes, bounces, compliance suppression lists and exclusion rules verified before send
- Pre-deployment QA — Rendering, links, tracking pixels, personalisation tokens and mobile rendering checked across clients
- Campaign scheduling and send-time optimisation — Optimal send time selection based on audience timezone and engagement patterns
- Deployment execution — Campaign launched through your ESP with monitoring active from the moment the send begins
- Post-send delivery monitoring — 24–48 hour monitoring window tracking bounces, deliverability signals and delivery anomalies
- Basic delivery reporting — Summary report covering send metrics, bounce rates, delivery status and any issues identified
How it works
Six steps from brief to live campaign.
-
Audience Setup
We configure your audience segmentation within your ESP — including list selection, dynamic segment rules, tagging and any exclusion criteria. We confirm the target audience matches your campaign objectives.
-
Suppression Checks
We verify all suppression lists are active and up to date — unsubscribes, hard bounces, spam complaints, compliance blocks and any custom exclusion rules. This step ensures you are not sending to recipients who should be excluded.
-
Pre-Send QA
We run a comprehensive QA checklist: email rendering across desktop and mobile clients, all links verified and tracked, UTM parameters confirmed, tracking pixels in place, personalisation tokens resolved correctly, and spam-score checks completed.
-
Scheduling
We configure the send schedule based on your preferred timing — including timezone optimisation, send-time testing recommendations and any throttling or batch-send requirements for high-volume campaigns.
-
Deployment
The campaign is launched through your ESP. We monitor the initial send window for errors, bounces or delivery anomalies and remain on standby for the first critical hours.
-
Post-Send Monitoring
We monitor delivery for 24–48 hours after deployment, tracking bounce rates, delivery status and any deliverability flags. You receive a delivery summary report within 48 hours of deployment.
What's NOT included
Transparency matters. Here is what this service does not cover.
Deliverability guarantees
AppLabx does not control inbox placement. Deliverability is determined by recipient mailbox providers based on your sender reputation, authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sending history, content quality and recipient engagement signals. We configure campaigns correctly to maximise deliverability, but we cannot guarantee inbox placement.
Platform and sending fees
Email service provider subscription fees, sending charges, contact storage costs and any third-party tool fees are your responsibility and are not included in the deployment fee. You pay your ESP directly.
Campaign strategy and creative
This service covers the deployment of campaigns you have already created. Campaign strategy, copywriting, design, HTML development and content creation are separate services. If you need these, see our Email Marketing Campaign or A/B Testing services.
Ongoing campaign management
This is a one-time deployment service. Ongoing campaign management, regular sends, lifecycle automation and long-term programme management are separate engagements. See our Management and Automation services for recurring support.
Pre-deployment checks
Every deployment includes a rigorous QA process designed to catch issues before your campaign reaches inboxes.
Our pre-deployment QA process covers five critical areas. Link rendering — every URL in the campaign is tested for accuracy, proper tracking parameter assignment and redirect validation. Broken, misdirected or untracked links are flagged and corrected before deployment.
Tracking pixels — open-tracking pixels and conversion pixels are verified to fire correctly across email clients. We confirm pixel placement, encoding and compatibility with your analytics setup.
Personalisation tokens — all merge tags, dynamic content blocks and conditional logic are tested with real data samples. We verify fallback values are in place so recipients do not see raw merge tags if data is missing.
Spam filter checks — we review content against common spam trigger patterns, check HTML-to-text ratio, verify image-to-text balance and ensure your authentication records are correctly configured for the sending domain.
Mobile rendering — the campaign is tested across iOS Mail, Gmail mobile, Samsung Mail and other mobile email clients to confirm responsive design renders correctly on different screen sizes and orientations.

Frequently asked questions
What email platforms do you deploy on?
We deploy campaigns across all major email service providers including Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, SendGrid, Campaign Monitor, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), ActiveCampaign, Marketo and any platform that supports standard email deployment. We work within your existing stack — no platform migration required.
Do you control inbox placement?
No. Inbox placement is determined by recipient mailbox providers based on your sender reputation, authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sending history, content quality and recipient engagement signals. AppLabx configures your campaign correctly and runs QA to maximise deliverability, but we cannot guarantee inbox placement. Platform and sending fees are separate from our deployment fee.
What happens if the deployment fails or encounters errors?
If a deployment encounters issues — such as bounces exceeding thresholds, platform errors or authentication failures — we halt the send, diagnose the root cause and coordinate with your team to resolve it before re-deploying. Our post-send monitoring covers the first 24–48 hours, and we provide a full diagnostic if anything goes wrong.
Can I deploy campaigns myself instead of using your service?
Yes. If you have the technical resources and QA processes in-house, you can deploy your own campaigns. Our service is designed for teams that lack deployment expertise, need an additional layer of QA, or want to ensure compliance checks are completed before sending.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Once we receive your final campaign assets and audience list, most deployments are completed within 2–5 business days. This includes audience configuration, suppression checks, full QA, scheduling and deployment. Urgent deployments can often be expedited — contact us to confirm availability.
Do you handle A/B testing as part of deployment?
A/B testing setup is included if your platform supports it and you request it as part of the engagement. We configure test segments, variant assignment and winning-criteria logic. However, full A/B testing strategy, analysis and reporting is a separate service — see our A/B Testing page for details.
